All returned jewelry must be in its original, unworn condition and accompanied by the original packaging and certification.

Contact our customer service team or visit our online portal to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and a prepaid shipping label.
Secure Your Package
Place your jewelry in its original presentation box and pack it securely inside a shipping carton along with all original diamond certificates and documentation.
Ship to Smyth
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you obtain a receipt for tracking.
Inspection and Refund
Once our gemologists verify the condition and authenticity of the item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.
